European Guarantee
All our products adhere to the European Guarantee. If any of our products show fabrication defects or fail during the guarantee period, we will repair them free of charge.
Returns
Time Frame: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: You must have a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.
Refunds
Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Amount: Please note that shipping costs, purchasing taxes, and any duties charged on the return are non-refundable. The amount to be refunded will be the product price minus any shipping costs, purchasing taxes, and duties charged on the return.
